Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Pembangunan Daerah di Kecamatan Batang Serangan Kab. Langkat

Abstract

The purpose of this study To determine the effect of Original Income and General Allocation Funds to Regional Development in Namu Sialang Village District Batang Serangan Kab.langkat. Quantitative associative research is a study that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample used in this research is the report of reallocation of 14 dusun budget in 2016 until 2014, with data of research which amount as much as hamlet. Multiple linear regression test proves that the original revenue variable shows the result with the regression coefficient of 0,544 and the variable of general allocation fund shows the result with regression coefficient equal to 0,589 which influences the regional development positively and significantly, significant value for original income questionnaire 0,008 <0, 05, local revenue (X1) significantly affects regional development (Y) and significant value for general fund allocation questionnaire 0.018 <0.05 then general allocation funds (X2) significantly affect regional development (Y). The value of t arithmetic variable of local revenue (X1) 2.893> t value table 1.71088 and significant value 0.008 <0.05 and the value of t the variable of general allocation fund (X2) 2.542> t value table 1.71088 with significant value 0.018 <0.05 local revenue factor and general allocation fund partially have a positive and significant impact on regional development (Y). F value of 6.733> F value of table 3.40 and significant value of 0.005 <0.05 that the factors of local revenues (X1) and general allocation funds (X2) simultaneously fell positively and significantly to regional development. The value of Adjusted R Square for regional development (Y) in the village of Namu Sialang District Batang Serangan Kab. Langkat is 0.306. This means that 30.6% of regional development variation (Y) is influenced by the variable of local revenue (X1) and general allocation fund (X2) and the rest 69,4% is determined by other variable outside contribution of this research.
