dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Disiplin Kerja Ditinjau Dari Kepribadian di Kantor Pusat Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Pendidikdan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 98 Karyawan Pusat Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK). Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan hipotesis:ada perbedaan kedisiplinan kerja ditinjau dari kepribadian dengan asumsi: tipe kepribadian A memiliki kedisiplinan kerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe kepribadian B. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala disiplin kerja dan tipe kepribadian. Disiplin kerja adalah: Kehadiran ,Waktu kerja, Kepatuhan terhadap perintah, Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan memiliki signifikansi 0.000 < 0.050, hal ini berarti nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0.050. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata -rata diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja pada tipe A tergolong tinggi karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 57,5 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empirik 65,69 selanjutnya disiplin kerja tipe B tergolong sedang sebab nilai rata-rata hipotetik 57,5 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata empirik 45,33. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out and analyze the difference of employee discipline reviewed from the personality type in the Center for Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Education Personnel (P4TK).The number of samples in this study were 98 employees of the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Education Personnel (P4TK). Hypothesis: there are differences in employee discipline in terms of personality with the assumption: personality type A has higher employee discipline than personality type B. The scale of employee discipline is based on characteristics according to discipline are: Attendance, Working time, Compliance with orders, Regulations compliance. Based on data analysis this study shows that: This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference has a significance 0.000 <0.050, this means that the significance value obtained is smaller than 0.050. Thus the hypothesis hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the above average values it can be concluded that employee discipline in type A is high because the hypothetical average value is 57.5 smaller than the empirical average value of 65.69 then type B employee discipline is classified as moderate because the average value hypothetical 57.5 larger than the empirical average value 45.33. | en_US |
