Abstract: | This research isThe aim is to (1) analyze the mustard vegetable trade channel in Rengas Island, Medan Marelan Subdistrict. (2) analyzing the margins of mustard vegetables in Rengas Island, Medan Marelan Subdistrict. (3) analyze the efficiency of each trading channel. Engineering data collection using survey methods. The survey method is a method of collecting data and using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive and quantitatively using the trading margin.The results showed that farmers in the study area used the second marketing channel (farmers → collecting traders → wholesalers → retailers → markets) which was around 75%. Where in the marketing channel II there has been a bond between farmers and collecting traders because when farmers want to start their farming, collecting traders provide capital loans to farmers, so when harvesting farmers must sell their crops to the collecting traders. So that there hasbeen areciprocal relationship between farmers and traders. |
Description: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis saluran perdagangan sayur sawi di rengas Pulau. Kecamatan Medan Marelan. (2) menganalisis margin sayuran sawi di Pulau Rengas, Kecamatan Medan Marelan. (3) menganalisis efisiensi tatanianga setiap saluran perdagangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Metode survei adalah metode pengumpulan data dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan margin pemasaran.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani di daerah penelitian menggunakan saluran pemasaran kedua (petani → pedagang Besar → pedagang Pengumpul → pedagang pengecer → pasar) yang sekitar 75%. Dimana dalam saluran pemasaran II telah terejadi ikatan antara petani dan pedagang pengumpul. Pada saat petani ingin memulai usaha taninya pertani terlebih dahulu meminjam modal ke pedagang pengumpul sehingga ada ikatan dan perjanjian antara petani dan pedagang pengumpul, jadi ketika panen petani harus menjual hasil panenya ke pedagang pengumpul. Sehingga sudah ada ikatan atau hubungan timbal balik antara pedagang pengumpul. |
