Abstract: | ASN performance assessment is basically a systematic assessment of work performance and potential employees in an effort to develop themselves for the benefit of the organization. ASN performance appraisal system has a major role in the organization to improve attitudes and positive work implementation in achieving employee effectiveness. Giving a good performance appraisal will certainly be user full for relevant agencies, with this in mind the agency or organization can improve the performance results of its employees to be better. The type in this study is a qualitative method which means that the data is taken not from numbers, but data derived from texts, interview, field notes, other official documents. From the result of the research conducted, it was found that the assessment that took place in the medan sub- district office had not shown results that were in accordance with what was desired, and there were still many people disappointed with the less than optimal service process. For the future, the medan sub district office must be increased again and the assessment must be i accordance with the performance by the civil servants of the country. |
Description: | Penilaian kinerja ASN pada dasarnya merupakan penilaian yang sistematis terhadap penampilan kerja dan potensi pegawai dalam upaya mengembangkan diri untuk kepentingan organisasi. Sistem penilaian kinerja ASN memiliki peranan utama dalam organisasi untuk meningkatkan sikap serta pelaksanaan kerja yang positif dalam mencapai efektivitas pegawai. Pemberian penilaian kinerja yang bagus tentu akan bermanfaat untuk instansi terkait, dengan hal tersebut lah pihak instansi ataupun organisasi dapat memperbaiki hasil kinerja pegawainya agar lebih baik. Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif, yang artinya data diambil bukan dari angka-angka, melainkan data yang berasal dari naskah, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumen pribadi, memo, dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan bahwa penilaian yang di terjadi di Kantor Kecamatan Medan Denai belum menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang di inginkan, dan masih banyak masyarakat kecewa dengan proses pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. Untuk kedepannya proses pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Medan Denai harus di tingkatkan kembali serta pemberian penilaian harus sesuai dengan hasil kinerja yang dilakukan pegawai aparatur sipil negara tersebut. |
