Abstract

This study aims to determine how the evaluation of the role of the Working Group Political Party (GOLKAR) in the Election of Regional Heads in Kutacane Southeast Aceh Regency in 2017 (Study in Babusalam and Lawe Bulan Districts), here will evaluate the Role of the Group of Political Party (GOLKAR) in the Election of Regional Heads in Kutacane, Southeast Aceh District in 2017 (Case Study in the previous Babusalam and Lawe Bulan Districts). Where many indicators can measure the role of political parties by looking at several indicators to determine the success of performance, namely expectations about roles (expectation), norms (norms), manifestations of behavior in roles (performance), evaluation (evaluation) and sanctions (sanction), problems that faced is the readiness of human resources to be tested by evaluating its role, in this study using a qualitative descriptive method, the location of the study was conducted at the GOLKAR Party office in the District of Babusalam and Lawe Bulan District of Southeast Aceh Regency, data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation, can It was concluded that the Evaluation of the Role of the Functional Group (GOLKAR) Political Party in the Election of Regional Heads in Kutacane in Southeast Aceh District in 2017 (Case Study in Babusalam and Lawe Bulan Districts) was not good enough.
