Kinerja Pemerintah Kelurahan dalam Program Pemberdayaan Kelurahan (Studi pada Kelurahan Pusat Pasar Kecamatan Medan Kota)

Abstract

Kelurahan as the closest government organization and directly related to the community is the spearhead of the success of urban development, especially the regional autonomy, where the kelurahan will be directly involved in the planning and restoration of development and service. Besides, the role of the sub village bridges government programs to be socialized to the community so that it can be understood and supported by the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Kelurahan Pasar Pasar, Medan Kota Sub district in urban empowerment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Technique of collecting data with observation mete, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is done by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Hail research of Kelurahan Kelurahan Pusat Pasar as one of Kelurahan in the administrative area of Medan city has done its utmost to succeed and implement the instruction by implementing the empowerment in Central Pasat area by giving priority to empowerment in cleanliness, security, order, service and community development, From the accountability of the Kelurahan Central Market apparatus is good enough where it is indicated by the commitment and seriousness of the kelurahan officers in performing their duties and functions in the implementation of empowerment program of Kelurahan Pusat Pasar.
