Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Absensi Pendeteksi Wajah Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dilihat secara persial dengan uji T bahwa absensi pendeteksi wajah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara (X) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,762 sedangkan variabel (Y) pengaruh penerapan sistem absensi pendeteksi wajah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Pemerintahan Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara dengan nilai t hitung 4,108. selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi pendeteksi wajah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 16,877. Dan secara koefisien determinan menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahan variabel bebas absensi pendeteksi wajah sebesar 26 ,8%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada semua pihak terutama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai.
