Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sosopan, Kabupaten Padang Lawas, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sosopan, Kabupaten Padang Lawas dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sosopan, Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Puskesmas Sosopan Kecamatan Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas sebanyak 66 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, dengan nilai t-hitung untuk kecerdasan emosional adalah sebesar 3,211 > 2,001 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,002. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, dengan nilai t-hitung untuk variabel motivasi belajar adalah sebesar 8,197 > 2,001 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,002. Kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Puskesmas Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 138,392 > F tabel sebesar 3,153. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,815, dimana 81,50 % variasi kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar, sedangkan sisanya 18,50 % lagi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, yaitu seperti lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of Sosopan Health Center employees, Padang Lawas Regency, to determine the effect of learning motivation on Sosopan Health Center employee job satisfaction, Padang Lawas District and to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously on Puskesmas staff job satisfaction Sosopan, Padang Lawas Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were 66 employees of Sosopan Public Health Center, Sosopan District, Padang Lawas Regency. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Sosopan Public Health Center in Padang Lawas, with a calculated value for the emotional intelligence of 3.211> 2.001 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.002. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Sosopan Health Center in Padang Lawas Regency, with the t-test value for learning motivation is 8,197> 2,001 with a significance level of 0,000 <0,002. Emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Sosopan Health Center in Padang Lawas, with a Fcount of 138.392> F table of 3.153. The coefficient of determination obtained 0.815, where 81.50% of variations in job satisfaction can be explained of emotional intelligence and learning motivation, while the remaining 18.50% is again explained by other factors, namely such as work environment and work discipline. |
