Abstract: This study aims to determine the significant relationship between: (1) parenting parents with assertiveness; (2) school climate with assertiveness; (3) parental democratic parenting and school climate with assertiveness. Aspects of parenting democratic parenting (Yatim and Irwanto), school climate aspects (Cohen et.al in Pinkus 2009), assertiveness aspects (Alberti & Emmons in Al, Ain, 2013). The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 1 Pergetteng getteng Sengkut as many as 572 students with a sample of 140 students. Sampling using proportionate random sampling method. Questionnaire method is used to collect data about parental democratic parenting, school climate and assertiveness. Data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis method. Based on data analysis, the results obtained at α = 5% are: (1) there is a significant relationship between parental democratic parenting with assertiveness where the coefficient Rx1y = 0.744 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.553 or 55.3%; (2) there is a significant relationship between school climate and assertiveness where Rx2y = 0.738 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.545 or 54.5%; (3) there is a significant relationship between parental democratic parenting and school climate with assertiveness where Rx1x2 = 0.756 and its determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.571 or 57.1%. From the results of the calculation of the mean hypothetical and empirical mean obtained parental democratic parenting, school climate and high category assertiveness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan signifikan antara: (1) pola asuh orangtua dengan asertivitas; (2) iklim sekolah dengan asertivitas; (3) pola asuh demokratis orangtua dan iklim sekolah dengan asertivitas. Aspek pola asuh demokratis orangtua (Yatim dan Irwanto), aspek iklim sekolah (Cohen et.al dalam Pinkus 2009), aspek asertivitas (Alberti & emmons dalam Al,Ain,2013). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pergetteng getteng Sengkut sebanyak 572 siswa dengan sampel 140 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportionate Random Sampling. Metode kuisioner dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang pola asuh demokratis orangtua, iklim sekolah dan asertivitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada α= 5% adalah: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis orangtua dengan asertivitas dimana koefisien Rx1y = 0,744 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) =0,553 atau sebesar 55,3%; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan asertivitas dimana Rx2y = 0,738 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) = 0,545 atau sebesar 54,5%; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis orangtua dan iklim sekolah dengan asertivitas dmana Rx1x2 = 0,756 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) = 0,571 atau sebesar 57,1%. Dari hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik diperoleh pola asuh demokratis orangtua, iklim sekolah dan asertivitas kategori tinggi.
