Abstract: The aims of study to identify and analyze the effect of job characteristics, work environment, employee satisfaction, and employee engagement on employee morale at PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong's oil palm plantations. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling method, of 95 employees from four sample plantation. The data collection through questionnaires and secondary data. Data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, job characteristics, work environment, employee satisfaction and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on the employee morale of PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. The influence of job characteristics, work environment, employee satisfaction and employee engagement towards employee morale is 70.3%. Partially, employee satisfaction and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on the employee morale of PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. While the job characteristics and work environment have a positive and not significant effect. Employee engagement has a more dominant influence on employee morale at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, with an influence of 19.54%).-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan karyawan, serta keterikatan karyawan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di kebun kelapa sawit PT Langkat Nusantara Kepong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah survey. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode proportional random sampling sebanyak 95 orang dari empat kebun sampel. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, karakteristik pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan karyawan dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan kebun kelapa sawit PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. Nilai pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan karyawan dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) terhadap semangat kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 70,3%. Secara parsial, kepuasan karyawan dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan kebun kelapa sawit PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong. Sedangkan karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan kebun kelapa sawit PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, dengan pengaruh sebesar 19,54%.
