Abstract: Akhir-akhir ini, fenomena bullying semakin marak terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Perilaku bullying antar siswa sangat minim mendapat perhatian karena dianggap sudah menjadi tradisi. Siswa yang melakukan bullying dapat dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya kontrol diri dan iklim sekolah yang tidak kondusif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah 1) Ada hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP (2) Ada hubungan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP (3) Ada hubungan kontrol diri dan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 96 orang siswa SMP Swasta Budi Agung Medan, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tiga skala yaitu skala kontrol diri, iklim sekolah, dan perilaku bullying. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP, terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP, serta terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying siswa SMP. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan F= 58,797 dan p < 0,05. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi kontrol diri dan semakin positif iklim sekolah maka semakin rendah perilaku bullying. Sebaliknya semakin rendah kontrol diri dan semakin negatif iklim sekolah maka semakin tinggi perilaku bullying. Kontrol diri memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 48,3% dan iklim sekolah memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 32,1%. Kontribusi kontrol diri dan iklim sekolah terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 55,8%, hal ini berarti masih terdapat 44,2% faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku bullying. Recently, bullying phenomenon in school tend to increase. Bullying among students is not paid attention because it has been a tradition. Students who bully the others can be influenced by lack of self control and negative school climate. Therefore, purpose of this research is to know correlation between self control and school climate with bullying behavior among junior high school students. The hypothesis in this research are 1) there is correlation between self control with bullying behavior among junior high school students, 2) there is correlation between school climate with bullying behavior among junior high school students, and 3) there is correlation between self control and school climate with bullying behavior among junior high school students. The subjects in this research are 96 Budi Agung Junior High School students, using random sampling technique. Method of data collecting using bullying behavior scale, self control scale, and school climate scale. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The research found that there is significant and negative correlation between self control with bullying behavior among junior high school students, there is significant and negative correlation between school climate with bullying behavior among junior high school students, there is significant and negative correlation between self control and school climate with bullying behavior among junior high school students. These results indicated by the coefficient Freg = 58,797 where p < 0, 05. The percentage contribution is given by self control to bullying behavior is is 48,3%, the contribution is given by school climate to bullying behavior 32,1%. The contribution is given by self control and school climate to bullying behavior is 55,8%. This means there are other factors can influence bullying behavior, the contribution is 44,2%.
