Abstract: | Dalam pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi sangat tergantung kepada ada tidaknya kerja sama antara atasan dan bawahan. Artinya keberhasilan pimpinan dalam membawa/memimpin organisasi kepada tujuan yang diinginkan sangat bergantung pula kepada bawahannya. Jadi seorang pimpinan. dalam organisasi apapun, baik swasta maupun organisasi pemerintah tidak akan mungkin berhasil tanpa bantuan bawahan. Semakin besar suatu organisasi maka masalah-masalah yang dihadapi akan semakin banyak dan kompleks pula. Untuk itu maka pimpinan memerlukan bantuan orang lain dalam menangani sebagian dari tugas-tugasnya yan banyak dan Kompleks tersebut. Kebutuhan akan bantuan orang lain ini menimbulkan suatu kebijaksanaan yang harus diambil oleh pimpinan organisasi tersebut. Kebijaksanaan ini. menyangkut masalah koordinasi kerja dari pimpinan kepada bawahan demi kelancaran tugas yang dijalankan. Bila pimpinan organisasi mengabaikan masalah koordinasi kerja maka tugas pimpinan akan menjadi berat sehingga dapat mengakibatkan penimbunan tugas yang tidak terpikul. Hal ini berarti tugas-tugas yang dianggap begitu penting tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan tepat pada waktunya karena semua pekerjaan diurus oleh pimpinan. In achieving the goals of an organization is very dependent on being whether or not cooperation between superiors and subordinates. This means the success of the leadership in bringing / leading the organization to the very desired goals depend also on his subordinates. So a leader. in the organization anything, neither private nor government organizations will be likely to succeed without the help of subordinates. The bigger an organization, the problems faced will be more numerous and complex as well. For this reason, the leadership needs the help of others in handling some of their many and complex tasks. This need for help from others raises a policy that must be taken by the leadership of the organization. This wisdom. concerning the problem of work coordination from leadership to subordinates for the sake of smooth tasks carried out. If the leadership of the organization ignores the problem of work coordination, the task of the leader will become heavy so that it can result in the hoarding of tasks that are not borne. This means that tasks that are considered so important cannot be completed on time because all the work is taken care of by the leadership. |
