Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dilaboratorium Balai PHP Tanjung Morawa Jalan Medan, Lubuk Pakam KM 24. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni-juli 2011. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui patogenitas penggunaan Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Bacillus thuringiensis terhadap Larva Setothosea asigna dan Larva Oryctes rhinoceros. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 Faktor yaitu; Faktor jenis serangga (S) dan Faktor pemberian jamur dengan (J). Parameter yang diamati adalah gejala infeksi, kemampuan makan serangga dan persentase mortalitas serangga.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This research was conducted in the laboratory of Balai PHP Tanjung Morawa Jalan Medan, Lubuk Pakam KM 24. This research was conducted in June-July 2011. The purpose of this study was to determine the pathogenicity of using Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Bacillus thuringiensis against Setothosea asigna larvae and Oryctes rhinoceros larvae. . This research was conducted using a completely randomized design (RBD) factorial consisting of 2 factors, namely; Insect type factor (S) and fungus giving factor (J). The parameters observed were the symptoms of infection, the ability to eat insects and the percentage of insect mortality. |
