This study aims to see the satisfaction of work relationships and work commitment with work stress of employees at RSU Mitra Medika Medan. This research uses a quantative method. The research subjects were medical, non-medical and administrative staff consisting of 15 fields, with a total of 109 studies using random sampling techniques. Methods of research data in research using 3 (three) scales, namely the scale of work scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Regression Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and job stress, where 𝐫𝐱𝟏𝟐𝐲 = -0.521 p = 0.000 with a contribution of 27.1% (2) there is a significant negative relationship between work commitment and work stress, where 𝐫𝐱𝟏𝟐𝐲 = -0,346 p = 0,000, with a contribution of 11.2%. (3) there is a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and work commitment with work stress, where 𝐫𝐱𝟏𝟐𝐲 = -0.602 with p = 0.000, with a contribution of 𝐫𝐱𝟏𝟐𝐲 = 36.2%. Thus it is stated that all hypotheses can be accepted. This shows that through the hypothetical mean of job satisfaction is high (hypothetical mean 50.5 <empirical mean 61.11), work commitment is classified as high (hypothetical mean 38 <empirical mean 47.98), while work stress is classified as high (hypothetical mean 25, 5 <means empirical (28,21). |
