Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen kerja dengan burnout pekerjaan personel Polres Tebing Tinggi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelatif dengan pola kajian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah personel Polres Tebing Tinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 43 orang dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 235 orang, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja, komitmen kerja dan burnout pekerjaan. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan burnout pekerjaan personel Polres Tebing Tinggi, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx1y = 0,257 dan p < 0,01; (2) Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan burnout pekerjaan pada personel Polres Tebing Tinggi yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx2y = 0,238 dan p < 0,01; untuk kedua hipotesis di atas digunakan teknik analisis product moment; (3) signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dengan burnout pekerjaan pada personel/personel Polres Tebing Tinggi yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien koefisien F = 2,233 dan R (koefisien regresi) = 0,317 sedangkan R2 = 0,100 dengan 0,000 (p < 0,01) dengan Std. Error of the Estimate yaitu 9,28668. Angka akurasinya adalah 100% - 9,28668 = 90,6%. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and work commitment with the job burnout of Tebing Tinggi Police personnel. The research method is quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables into two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The study population was the Tebing Tinggi Police. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique with a selected sample size of 43 people from a total population of 235 people, the data collection method used a scale of job satisfaction, work commitment and job burnout. The research data analysis shows that (1) there is a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout of Tebing Tinggi Police personnel, as indicated by the coefficient of rx1y = 0.257 and p <0.01; (2) There is a significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and job burnout for Tebing Tinggi Police personnel as indicated by the coefficient of rx2y = 0.238 and p <0.01; For the two hypotheses above, the product moment analysis technique is used; (3) significant between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with job burnout of Tebing Tinggi Police personnel as indicated by the coefficient of F = 2.233 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.317 while R2 = 0.100 with 0.000 (p <0.01) with Std. Error of the Estimate is 9,28668. The accuracy rate is 100% - 9.28668 = 90.6%. The third hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis. |
