Analisis Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain) Pabrik Resiprene 35 PT. Industri Karet Nusantara Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis: (1) Pola distribusi rantai pasok pabrik Resiprene 35 PT. Industri Karet Nusantara Medan, (2) Struktur rantai pasok pabrik Resiprene 35 PT. Industri Karet Nusantara Medan, (3) Kinerja rantai pasok pabrik Resiprene 35 PT. Industri Karet Nusantara Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan, tempat, peristiwa dan dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh dan menyusun data penelitian adalah dengan wawancara, kuesioner, serta analisis dokumen. Guna memperoleh validitas data digunakan trianggulasi data. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis situasional secara deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana menggunaan scor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pola distribusi produk resiprene 35 dilakukan dengan jalur yang paling pendek dan sederhana, dimana dilakukan langsung dari produsen ke konsumen tanpa menggunakan perantara (Selling Door to Door). (2) Struktur rantai pasok pabrik Resiprene 35 menggunaan jenis simple supply chain, yang terdiri dari Supplier, Perusahaan dan Konsumen. (3) Kinerja rantai pasok yang terjadi di pabrik resiprene 35 menunjukan nilai 76,15% untuk semester I dan 78,10% untuk semester II. Nilai tersebut masuk kedalam kategori good. Nilai rantai pasok pabrik resiprene 35 yang masih good dipengaruhi oleh nilai responsiveness, agility dan aset manajement yang masih. The research type used is qualitative descriptive. The source of the data is obtained from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting the data used to obtain and construct the research data is by conducting interview, observation, as well as document analysis. Data collection techniques used to obtain and compile research data were interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. In order to obtain data validity, data triangulation was used. While the data analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive situational analysis model with scor. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The distribution pattern of Resiprene 35 products is carried out by simplest route, which is carried out directly from the producer to the consumer without using an intermediary (Selling Door to Door). (2) The supply chain structure uses a simple type of supply chain, which consists of suppliers, companies and consumers. (3) The supply chain performance that occurred in Resiprene 35 factories showed a value of 76.15% for the first semester and 78.10% for the second semester. This value is included in the good category. The value of the supply chain of the Resiprene 35 factory which is still good is influenced by the value of responsiveness, agility and asset management which is still still good.
