Abstract: | Hasil penetian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, edangkan sikap terhadap pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Nilai pengaruh yang paling tinggi adalah variabel keterampilan, artinya keterampilan berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pelaksana, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 62,74% (pengaruh langsung sebesar 56,7%). The results of the study show that partially, the level of knowledge and skills has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness, while attitudes towards work have no significant effect. The highest influence value is the skill variable, meaning that skills have a more dominant effect on the work effectiveness of implementing employees, with a total effect of 62.74% (direct effect of 56.7%). |
