Abstract: | Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang memiliki intensitas gempa yang tinggi, hal ini disebabkan posisi Geografis Indonesia. Pengaruh gempa menjadi faktor penting dalam perencanaan desain struktur bangunan. Oleh karena itu, bangunan harus direncanakan untuk dapat memberikan kinerja minimal life safety. Terdapat beberapa metode dalam analisis dan perencanaan bangunan tahan gempa salah satunya konsep perencanaan berbasis kinerja (Performance Based Design/PBD), dengan memanfaatkan analisis statik beban dorong (static nonlinear/pushover analysis) berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis beban gempa pada struktur gedung bertingkat, memperlihatkan kurva kapasitas, menentukan kriteria seismik struktur, dan mengetahui pola keruntuhan bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di gedung Radiotherapy dan Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit GrandMed Lubuk Pakam dan dianalisis menggunakan program SAP 2000. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh gaya geser dasar efektif 808,399 ton kurang dari gaya geser dasar rencana 918,446 ton, nilai drift ratio untuk arah X adalah 0,0073 dan arah Y adalah 0,00096, sehingga gedung termasuk dalam level kinerja Immediate Occupancy, yang berarti terjadi kerukan kecil pada struktural dan bangunan dapat digunkan kembali. Indonesia is one of the countries that has a high intensity of earthquakes, this is due to the geographical position of Indonesia. The influence of earthquakes is an important factor in the design of building structures. Therefore, the building must be planned to be able to provide a minimum performance of life safety. There are several methods in the analysis and planning of earthquake-resistant buildings, one of which is the concept of performance-based design (PBD), by utilizing static nonlinear/pushover analysis based on SNI 1726:2019. This study aims to analyze earthquake loads on high rise building structures, show capacity curves, determine structural seismic criteria, and determine the pattern of building collapse. This research was conducted in the Radiotherapy and Inpatient building of GrandMed Lubuk Pakam Hospital and analyzed using SAP 2000 program. From the results of the analysis, the effective base shear force is 808,399 tons less than the design base shear force of 918,446 tons. Drift ratio value for X direction is 0073 and the Y direction is 0.00096, so the building is included in the Immediate Occupancy performance level, which means there is a small dredging of the structure and the building can be reused. |
