Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran usaha tempe di daerah penelitian dan mengetahui efisiensi saluran pemasaran usaha tempe di daerah penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Rawe V Lorong Tengah Kelurahan Tangkahan Kecamatan Medan Labuhan. Pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Dengan pertimbangan di daerah tersebut merupakan salah satu tempat pembuatan tempe yang cukup besar di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2020 sampai dengan selesai. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode snowball sampling (bola salju). Maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari produsen 3 orang, pedagang pengecer 15 orang dan sampel konsumen diambil sebanyak 10 orang. Analisis data menggunkan metode deskriptif, yaitu mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisa dan menginterprestasikan data sehingga memberikan suatu gambaran mengenai analisis saluran pemasaran tempe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 saluran pemasaran tempe di daerah penelitian terdiri dari : (1) pengolah pedagang pengecer konsumen, (2) Pengolah konsumen. Efisiensi saluran pemasaran I sebesar 9,87 %, sedangkan saluran pemasaran II sebesar 8,95 %. Saluran pemasaran II lebih efisiensi dibandingkan saluran pemasaran I. This study aims to determine the marketing channel of the Tempe Business on Jalan Rawe V Lorong Tengah, Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan District and to know the efficiency of the marketing channel for the tempe business on Jalan Rawe V Lorong Tengah, Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan District. This research was conducted at Jalan Rawe V Lorong Tengah, Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan District. The location selection was done purposively with the consideration that the area is one of the places where tempe is made which is quite large in the area. This research was conducted from September 2020 to completion. The sampling method used was the snowball sampling method (snowball). So the number of samples in this study consisted of 3 producers, 15 retailers and 10 consumer samples. Data analysis uses descriptive methods, namely collecting, classifying, analyzing and interpreting data so that it provides an overview of the analysis of tempe marketing channels. The results showed that there were 2 marketing channels for tempe in the study area consisting of: (1) producer retailers consumers, (2) producer consumers. The efficiency of marketing channel I was 9.87%, while marketing channel II was 8.95%. Marketing channel II is more efficient than marketing channel I. |
