Abstract: Air umpan adalah air yang disuplai ke boiler untuk dirubah menjadi steam. Sedangkan sistem air umpan adalah sistem penyediaan air secara otomatis untuk boiler sesuai dengan kebutuhan steam. Air merupakan penunjang yang digunakan pada setiap sektor industri seperti untuk air umpan boiler. Persyaratan air umpan boiler dapat dapat ditinjau dari harga pH, konduktivitas, dan total dissolved solids (TDS), sehingga air yang akan digunakan harus diolah terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi perbandingan resin terhadap pH, konduktivitas, dan total dissolved solids (TDS) dari air produk. De-aerator berfungsi mengeluarkan gas-gas terlarut yang bersifat korosif seperti oksige (O2), karbon dioksida (CO2), hydrogen (H), de-aerator mempunyai tekanan (-450 -250) mbarg, tekanan steam 150 psi (10 barg), temperatur air 75oC – 85oC, tekanan vacum dalam tabung (-450 -250) mbarg ( -13,3 Hg 7,5 Hg): Feed water is water supplied to the boiler to be converted into steam. While the feed water system is an automatic water supply system for the boiler according to steam needs. Water is a support used in every industrial sector such as boiler feed water. Boiler feed water requirements can be viewed from the pH value, conductivity, and total dissolved solids (TDS), so the water to be used must be treated first. This study aims to determine the effect of resin ratio composition on pH, conductivity, and total dissolved solids (TDS) of product water. The function of the deaerator is to remove corrosive dissolved gases such as oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2), hydrogen (H), the de-aerator has a pressure of (-450 -250) mbarg, 150 psi (10 barg) steam pressure ), water temperature 75oC - 85oC, vacuum pressure in the tube (-450 -250) mbarg (-13.3 Hg 7.5 Hg):
