Abstract: | Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro Turbin Ulir adalah pembangkit listrik berskala kecil yang menghasilkan daya < 200 kW, yang memanfaatkan tenaga(aliran) air sebagai sumber penghasil energi. PLTMH termasuk sumber energi terbarukan dan layak disebut clean energy karena ramah lingkungan. Dari segi teknologi, PLTMH dipilih karena konstruksinya sederhana, dan mudah dioperasikan, Turbin Ulir dapat di oprasikan pada pemukiman terpencil yang tidak memiliki arus listrik dengan meletakkan di aliran sungai dengan debit sedang maupun debit besar sehingga menghasilkan energi listrik. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini Menghitung dan menganalisis Daya yang dihasilkan Terhadap Debit air yang di berikan dan Meganalisis Performa dan Effesiensi yang dihasilkan oleh PLTMH. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan refrensi sebelum nya, Dimana Turbin ulir yang dilakukan saat Penelitian ini mempunyai ukuran dengan panjang poros 870 mm, Diameter Luar 350 mm, Pitch 290 mm dengan 2 daun blade(screw) dengan sudut kemiringan Turbin Ulir 35°. Turbin Ulir Pada Penelitian Ini menghasilkan Daya Generator tertinggi 37,3 VDC pada Debit air 0.0205 𝑚/s dengan Putaran Poros generator 888 Rpm, Nilai Effesiensi Turbin 36,1% pada Debit air 0.0133 𝑚/s. Turbin Ulir memiliki Torsi sebesar 0,60139072 Nm. The Screw Turbine Micro Hydro Power Plant is a small-scale power plant that produces power < 200 kW, which utilizes the power (flow) of water as an energy source. MHP is a renewable energy source and deserves to be called clean energy because it is environmentally friendly. In terms of technology, MHP was chosen because of its simple construction and easy operation. The screw turbine can be operated in remote settlements that do not have electricity by placing it in a river with medium or large discharge to produce electrical energy. The purpose of this study is to calculate and analyze the power generated against the given water discharge and to analyze the performance and efficiency produced by the MHP. This research was carried out based on the previous reference, where the screw turbine which was carried out during this study had a size with a shaft length of 870 mm, an outer diameter of 350 mm, a pitch of 290 mm with 2 blades (screw) with an angle of 35° for the screw turbine. The screw turbine in this study produced the highest generator power of 37.3 VDC at a water discharge of 0.0205 𝑚/s with a generator shaft rotation of 888 Rpm, a turbine efficiency value of 36.1% at a water discharge of 0.0133 𝑚/s. The Screw Turbine has a Torque of 0.60139072 Nm. |
