Pengaruh Penerapan Usahatani Konservasi Terhadap Produksi Kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang penerapan konservasi pada tanaman kopi Arabika. Produksi kopi Arabika dilokasi penelitian masih tergolong rendah sehingga dibutuhkan penerapan konservasi agar petani dapat meningkatkan produksi kopi Arabika secapa optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penerapan usahatani konservasi terhadap produksi kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Mandailing dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat penerapan usahatani konservasi terhadap biaya usahatani kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara atau angket mengenai keadaan sekarang ini, mengenai subjek yang sedang kita teliti. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwasannya tingkat penerapan usahatani konservasi berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani kopi arabika di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal diperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 1,754 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,021. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel, maka thitung (2,111) > ttabel 1,985) dan taraf signifikasi 0,021 > 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa secara parsial tingkat penerapan konservasi berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi Kopi Arabika, sedangkan tingkat penerapan usahatani konservasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap biaya usahatani kopi arabika di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 2,654. Nilai dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0.05). Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai thitung (2,654) > (1.984) artinya bahwa tingkat penerapan usahatani konservasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap biaya usahatani Kopi Arabika. This research is a research on the application of conservation on Arabica coffee plants. Arabica coffee production in the research location is still relatively low, so it is necessary to apply conservation so that farmers can increase Arabica coffee production optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of conservation farming on Arabica coffee production in Mandailing Regency and to determine the effect of the level of conservation farming implementation on the cost of Arabica coffee farming in Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative, namely collecting data by using observations, interviews or questionnaires regarding the current state of the subject we are researching. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The results of the study stated that the level of application of conservation farming had no significant effect on the production of Arabica coffee farming in Mandailing Natal Regency, the t-count was 1.754 with a significance level of 0.021. When compared with the value of t-table, then tcount (2.111) > t-table 1.985) and the significance level is 0.021 > 0.05. This means that partially the level of application of conservation has an insignificant effect on Arabica coffee production, while the level of application of conservation farming has a significant effect on the cost of Arabica coffee farming in Mandailing Natal Regency. it is known that the t-count value is 2.654. Value with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). These results can be concluded that the value of t arithmetic (2.654) > (1.984) means that the level of implementation of conservation farming has a significant effect on the cost of Arabica coffee farming.
