Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh authoritative dan self efficacy dengan kepuasan belajar siswa selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 255 siswa kelas XI dan XII SMA Swasta Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebesar 156 orang. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala, yang terdiri dari skala pola asuh authoritative, self-efficacy, kepuasan belajar siswa selama masa pandemi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di hipotesis pertama ada korelasi positif antara pola asuh autoritative dengan kepuasan belajar siswa selama masa pandemi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi 𝑟𝑥1𝑦= sebesar 0.461 dengan p < 0.05. Koefisien 𝑟2=0,212, ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh authoritative memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 21,2 % terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa selama masa pandemi. Hipotesis kedua diketahui ada hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan kepuasan belajar siswa selama masa pandemi dilihat dari koefisien korelasi sebesar rx2y = 0.603 dengan p < 0.05. Koefisien 𝑟2=0,364, ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 36,4 %. Dan hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh authoritative dan self efficacy dengan kepuasan belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F reg = 41.931 dengan p < 0.05, dan koefisien korelasi rx1x2y = 0.631 dengan p < 0.05 dan 𝑟2= 0.398 dengan kontribusi sebesar 39.8% . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hipotesis diterima. The goal of this research is to find out the correlation between authoritative parenting and self-efficacy with student learning satisfaction during the pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with the population of 255 students of class XI and XII of SMA Swasta Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan by using random sampling technique obtained a sample of 156 people. The data gathering technique used three scales data: authoritative parenting, self-efficacy, and student learning satisfaction during the pandemic. The Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of research, therefore the conclusion are: 1) There is a significant positive correlation between authoritative parenting and student learning satisfaction during the pandemic. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.461 with p < 0.05. The coefficient r2 =0.212, this indicates that the authoritative parenting style contributes 21.2% effectively to student learning satisfaction during the pandemic. 2) There is significant positif correlation between self-efficacy and student learning satisfaction during the pandemic seen from the correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.603 with p < 0.05, The coefficient r2 =0.364, this indicates that the self efficacy contributes 36.4% effectively to student learning satisfaction during the pandemic. 3) There is a significant positif correlation between authoritative parenting and self-efficacy with student learning satisfaction. This is indicated by the coefficient F reg = 41.931 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient r = 0.631 with p < 0.05 and The coefficient r2 = 0.398 with a contribution of 39.8%. Based on the research results the hypothesis is accepted.
