Abstract: | Respon Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Bawang Merah dengan Aplikasi Kompos Limbah Baglog Jamur dan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular. Penelitian. Di bawah bimbingan Ibu Ir. Ellen L Panggabean, MP selaku Ketua dan Ibu Ir. Erwin Pane MS selaku Anggota. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara pada bulan Oktober 2020-Januari 2021. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan yaitu: 1) Faktor Kompos Limbah Baglog Jamur (B) yang terdiri dari 4 level yaitu B0 = tanpa Kompos (kontrol); B1 = Kompos Baglog Jamur 5 ton/ha (0,5 kg/m2); B2 = Kompos Baglog Jamur 10 ton/ha (1 kg/m2); B3 = Kompos Baglog Jamur 15 ton/ha (1,5 kg/m2), dan 2) Faktor Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular dengan notasi (M) terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: M0 = tanpa Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular; M1 = Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular 10 g/Plot; M2 = Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular 20 g/Plot; M3 = Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular 30 g/Plot. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga di dapatkan 32 plot percobaan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah: Tinggi tanaman (cm), Jumlah anakan (tanaman), Berat Basah Umbi Per Sampel (g), Berat Umbi Basah Per Plot (kg), Berat Kering Umbi Per Sampel (g), Berat Kering Umbi Per Plot (kg). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Perlakuan Aplikasi Kompos Limbah Baglog Jamur Berpengaruh Nyata Dalam Meningkatkan Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Anakan, Berat Basah Per Umbi Per Sampel, Berat Basah Umbi Per Plot, Berat Kering Umbi Per Sampel, Berat Kering Umbi Per Plot Tanaman Bawang Merah. Perlakuan Aplikasi Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular Berpengaruh tidak Nyata dalam Meningkatkan Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Anakan, Berat Basah Umbi Per Sampel, Berat Basah Umbi Basah Per Plot, Berat Kering Umbi Per Sampel, Berat Kering Umbi Per Plot Tanaman Bawang Merah. Ellen L Panggabean, MP as the Chairperson and Mrs. Ir. Erwin Pane, MS as Advisory Member. The study was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area, Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra in October 2020-January 2021. The study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely : 1) Baglog Mushroom Waste Compost Factor (B) which consists of 4 levels, namely B0 = no Compost (control); B1 = Baglog Mushroom Compost 5 tons/ha (0.5 kg/m2); B2 = Compost Baglog Mushroom 10 tons/ha (1 kg/m2); B3 = Baglog Mushroom Compost 15 tons/ha (1.5 kg/m2), and 2) Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Factor with the notation (M) consisting of 3 levels, namely: M0 = without Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi; M1 = Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi 10 g/Plot; M2 = Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi 20 g/Plot; M3 = Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi 30 g/Plot. Each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times so that 32 experimental plots were obtained. Parameters observed in this study were: plant height (cm), number of tillers (plants), Wet Weight of Bulbs Per Sample (g), Wet Bulb Weight Per Plot (kg), Bulb Dry Weight Per Sample (g), Bulb Dry Weight Per Plot (kg). The results showed that: Application of Baglog Mushroom Compost Application had a significant effect on increasing plant height, number of tillers, wet weight per tuber per sample, wet weight of tubers per plot, dry weight of tubers per sample, dry weight of tubers per plot of onion plants. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Application Treatment had no significant effect on increasing plant height, number of tillers, wet weight of tubers per sample, wet weight of wet tubers per plot, dry weight of tubers per sample, dry weight of tubers per plot of onion plants. |
