Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kcpuasan kerja dan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT INALUM (Perscro) Kuala Tanjung, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang mana teknik pengambilan sampel melalui teknik non-probabiliry sampling secara purposive, dimana subjek penclitian ini berjumlah 110 orang dengan masa kerja lebih dari 20 tahun. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala kepuasan kerja, skala budaya organisasi dan skala employce engagement. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dari kedua variabel independen yaitu budaya organisasi dan employee engagement terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan (R2 = 0,364: F =30,613;p = 0,000). Kedua variabel independen ini memiliki sumbangan sebesar 36,4% terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasi! lain dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel budaya organisasi memiliki determinasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 13,1%, sedangkan variabel employee engagement memiliki determinasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 34%, hal ini menyatakan bahwa employee engagement lebih memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dibandingkan dengan budaya organisasi. This researh is aiming to discover the impact of organizational culture towards job satisfaction,the impact of employce cngagement towards job satisfaction and the impact of organizational culture and cmployee engagement towards job satisfaction of the employee of PT. INALUM (Persero) Kuala Tanjung. This research uses the quantitative methods by taking samples with non-probability sampling technic purposively. The total subject of this research is 110 employess wih more than 20 years of service. The data collection of this research use job satisfaction scale, organizational culture scale and employee engagement scale. According to the result of this analysis, by using multiple regression analysis method, it shows that from both independent variables which are organizational culture and employec engagement and dependent variable which is job satisfaction has effect. It is indicated by (R' = 0,364; F = 30,613: p =0,000). Both independent variables contributed with 36 4% towards job satisfaction. Another result in this research shows that organizational culture variable has determination towards towards job satisfaction with 13,1% whilst employce engagement variable with 34%. This stated that cmployee engagement has more impact towards js than oorganizational culture.
