Hubungan Konsep Diri dan Kematangan Emosi Dengan Disiplin Pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara Kabupaten Aceh Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; Hubungan Konsep Diri danKematangan Emosional Dengan Disiplin Pada Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah 1). Terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dengan disiplin siswa SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara, 2). Terdapat hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan disiplin siswa SMP Negeri 3Nisam Antara, 3). Terdapat hubungan antara konsep diri dan kematangan emosi secara bersama-sama dengan disiplin siswa SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis dilakukan penelitian terhadap siswa-siswi kelas VII dan VIII SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara Kabupaten Acch Utara yang berjumlah 100 orang siswa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adaah metode skala, yaitu skala kematangan emosional, skala konsep diri dan skala disiplin. Berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan dengan Analisa Regresi Berganda didapatkan hasil adalah ; 1). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antarakonsep diri dan kematangan emosi terhadap disiplin. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien Freg = 36,529; p = 0,000 dimana p < 0,050. menandakan bahwa semakin baik konsep diri dan semakin baik kematangan emosi maka akan semakin tinggi perilaku disiplin, dan sebaliknya semakin buruk konsep diri dan semakin buruk kematangan emosi maka akan semakin rendah disiplin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2). Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap disiplin pada siswa SMPN 3 Nisam Antara Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan sumbangan 22,5%. 3). Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi terhadap disiplin, dengan sumbangan efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 53,4%. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (konsep diri dan kematangan emosi) terhadap disiplin adalah sebesar 58,4%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 41,6% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap disiplin. This study aims to determine; The Relationship between Self-Concept and Emotional Maturity with Discipline in Students of SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Between North Aceh District. The proposed hypothesis is 1). There is a relationship between self-concept and student discipline at SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara, 2). There is a relationship between emotional maturity and discipline of SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara students, 3). There is a relationship between self-concept and emotional maturity together with the discipline of SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara students. To prove the hypothesis, research was conducted on 100 students in grades VII and VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Nisam Antara, North Acch Regency. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection method is the scale method, namely the emotional maturity scale, self-concept scale and discipline scale. Based on the analysis of the data used with Multiple Regression Analysis, the results are; 1). There is a significant relationship between self-concept and emotional maturity to discipline. This is indicated by the coefficient Freg = 36.529; p = 0.000 where p < 0.050. indicates that the better the self-concept and the better the emotional maturity, the higher the disciplined behavior, and conversely the worse the self-concept and the worse the emotional maturity, the lower the discipline. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. 2). There is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and discipline in students of SMPN 3 Nisam Antara, North Aceh Regency with a contribution of 22.5%. 3). There is a significant positive relationship between emotional maturity and discipline, with an effective contribution of 53.4%. The total effective contribution of the two independent variables (self-concept and emotional maturity) to discipline is 58.4%. From these results it is known that there is still 41.6% of the influence of other factors on discipline.
