Abstract: | Tempe dan tahu merupakan hasil Pengolahan hasil pertanian merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan agribisnis. Umumnya, masyarakat Indonesia mengkonsumsi tempe dan tahu sebagai panganan pendamping nasi. Dengan kondisi pengrajin tempe dan tahu saat ini sangat memprihatinkan karena harga kedelai yang melonjak tinggi akibatnya pengrajin tempe mengalami penurunan produksi mendorong peneliti untuk mengkaji optimalisasi penggunaan faktor produksi usaha tempe dan tahu di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui optimalisasi produksi dan keuntungan maksimum yang dapat diperoleh dari usaha tempe dan tahu Ibu Mayanti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu beberapa usaha tempe di Kota Tebing Tinggi Sumatera Utara. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode puRposive sampling dan sering disebut juga Judgment Sampling. Teknik analisis yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis linier programming. Hasil penelitian didapatkan optimalisasi produksi tempe dapat meningkatkan biaya bahan baku ditingkatkan sebesar 15,28%, biaya tenaga kerja ditingkatkan sebesar 25%, biaya kayu bakar sebesar 15,28%, kapasitas produksi ditingkatkan sebesar 15,28%. Sedangkan produksi tahu biaya bahan baku ditingkatkan sebesar 11,28% , biaya tenaga kerja ditingkatkan sebesar 15%, biaya kayu bakar ditingkatkan sebesar 11,86%, dan kapasitan produksi ditingkatkan sebesar 11,8%. Dengan meningkatkan batas faktor kendala yang ada maka keuntungan maksimun yang dapat diperoleh dari penjualan tempe akan sebesar Rp 311.538/produksi/hari meningkat sebesar 13,33%. Sedangan pada produksi tahu akan sebesar Rp 124.532/produksi/hari meningkat sebesar 32,55%. Tempe and tofu are the result of processing agricultural products which are very important in agribusiness activities. Generally, Indonesian people consume tempeh and tofu as a side dish for rice. The current condition of tempe and tofu craftsmen is very worrying because soybean prices are soaring high as a result, tempe craftsmen experience a decline in production, prompting researchers to examine the optimization of the use of production factors for tempe and tofu businesses in Tebing Tinggi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of production and the maximum profit that can be obtained from the tempe and tofu business of Mrs. Mayanti. The population in this study were several tempe businesses in Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. The method of determining the sample in this study is the purposive sampling method and is often referred to as Judgment Sampling. The analytical technique that will be used in analyzing the data is by using linear programming analysis. The result of this research is that the optimization of tempe production can increase raw material costs by 15.28%, labor costs increase by 25%, firewood costs by 15.28%, production capacity increases by 15.28%. Meanwhile, the production of tofu increased the cost of raw materials by 11.28%, labor costs increased by 15%, the cost of firewood increased by 11.86%, and production capacity increased by 11.8%. By increasing the limit of the existing constraint factor, the maximum profit that can be obtained from selling tempeh will be Rp 311,538/production/day increased by 13.33%. While the production of tofu will be Rp 124.532/production/day increased by 32.55%. |
