Analisis Nilai Tambah Produk Pengolahan Kopi Arabika pada Proses Honey dan Natural di Desa Pantan Musara Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Abstract

Analisis nilai tambah dan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jenis Produk Olahan Kopi Arabika dengan proses Honey dan Natural Di Desa Pantan Musara Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2022. dengan pengambilan sampel pada proses produk olahan Honey dan Natural. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai tambah pada masing-masing hasil peroduk olahan dari biji kopi arabika diproses menjadi produk olahan Honey dan Natural. Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dilakukan dengan metode sensus dan menganalisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menghitung besar nilai tambah pada masing – masing produk olahan. Produk olahan yang dikaji pada penelitian ini adalah peroses pengolahan kopi arabika dalam peroses Honey dan Natural Peroses. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, penerimaan tertinggi prses pengolahan ini didapati pada peroses Natural sebesar Rp. 108.720.000 dan setiap kali produksi dengan total cost sebesar Rp. 46.152.500. Sedangkan pada proses Honey penerimaan yang di dapatkan lebih kecil yaitu Rp. 103.284.000 di bandingkan dengan proses Natural. Untuk kost yang didapat pada setiap kali produksi adalah sebesar Rp. 47.470.500. Adapun nilai tambah untuk setiap Kg pengolahan bahan baku tertinggi diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan Natural sebesar Rp. 26.488.67/Kg, Lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil tambah dalam proses Honey yaitu sebesar Rp. 24.682,67/Kg. Untuk nilai R/C tertinggi didapat pada proses Natural yaitu sebesar 2.36 sedangkan yang terendah didapati pada prosesh Honey sebesar 2.17. Sampling was carried out from March to June 2022. Sampling was carried out in the process of Honey and Natural processed products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value of each processed product from Arabica coffee beans processed into Honey and Natural processed products. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive method, which is carried out by the census method and analyzes the data quantitatively by calculating the added value of each processed product. The processed product studied in this study is the Arabica coffee processing in the Honey and Natural Processes. The results showed that, the highest acceptance of this processing process was found in the Natural process of Rp. 108,720,000 and each time a production with a total cost of Rp. 46,152,500. While in the Honey process, the received income is smaller, namely Rp. 103,284,000 compared to the Natural process. For the boarding house that is obtained at each production time is Rp. 47,470,500. The highest added value for each Kg of raw material processing is obtained from the results of Natural processing of Rp. 26,488.67/Kg, bigger than the added result in the Honey process, which is Rp. 24,682.67/Kg. The highest R/C value was obtained in the Natural process, which was 2.36 while the lowest was found in the Honey process of 2.17.
