Abstract: Situasi pandemi saat ini, menjadikan debitur kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan kewajibannya menyelesaikan pembayaran kredit kendaraan bermotor sesuai perjanjian yang sudah disepakati dengan kreditur, debitur akan mengalami kendala-kendala akibat menurunnya pendapatan sehingga pembayaran kredit mengalami kemacetan dan menimbulkan kreditur mencabut objek yang dikreditkan. Bagaimana peraturan hukum penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada masa Covid-19, bagaimana hambatan penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada masa Covid-19, bagaimana proses penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada Putusan No. 050/Arbitrase/2021/BPSK.Mdn. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Adapun penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga cara yaitu penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan, dan wawancara. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa peraturan hukum penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 adalah berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.03/2020 tentang stimulus perekonomian nasional sebagai kebijakan countercylicial dampak penyebaran Covid-19. Selain itu, hambatan penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada masa Covid-19 yaitu debitur tidak beritikad baik serta domisi debitur berpindahpindah. Untuk proses penyelesaian kredit macet kendaraan bermotor pada Putusan No. 050/Arbitrase/2021/BPSK.Mdn diselesaikan secara arbitrase yang diputus oleh Majelis Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen berdasarkan pengaduan dan bukti-bukti yang disampaikan oleh konsumen dengan memperhatikan serta mempertimbangkan jawaban-jawaban dari pelaku usaha, dan permintaan dari kedua belah pihak yang bersengketa. The current pandemic makes it difficult for debtors to carry out their obligations to complete motor vehicle loan payments based on the agreed agreement with creditors; debtors will experience problems due to decreased income then it will be a non-performed loan and creditors revoke credited objects. The problems of the study were what legal regulations for the settlement of motor vehicle non-performed loans during the Covid-19 Pandemic were, what obstacles to the settlement of motor vehicle non-performed loans during the Covid-19 Pandemic were, and what process in resolving motor vehicle non-performed loans in Decision No. 050/Arbitration/2021/BPSK.Mdn was. The method used in this research was normative juridical. This research was descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques using three ways, namely library research, field research, and interviews. So the result was the legal regulations for the settlement of motor vehicle non-performed loans during the Covid-19 Pandemic were based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning the national economic stimulus as a countercyclical policy due to the spread of Covid-19. In addition, the obstacles to the settlement of motor vehicle non-performed loans during the Covid-19 Pandemic were debtors who did not have good intentions, and the debtor's domicile moved. Then, for motor vehicle non-performed loans settlement process in Decision No. 050/Arbitrase/2021/BPSK.Mdn, it was resolved by arbitration which was decided by the Council of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency based on complaints and evidence submitted by consumers by taking into account and considering answers from business actors and requests from both parties to the dispute. It was expected that business actors would be more selective about their prospective debtors correctly and thoroughly, whether they were following credit principles to minimize the factors causing non-performed loans. Moreover, Consumers had to keep the agreement and make Achievements in Loans.
