Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi dan optimisme dengan school well-being, hubungan resiliensi dengan school well-being, dan hubungan optimisme dengan school well-being pada siswa SMP Siti Hajar Medan. School well-being merupakan kehidupan emosional yang positif yang dihasilkan dari keselarasan antara faktor lingkungan, kebutuhan pribadi, dan harapan siswa di sekolah. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan inividu dalam beradaptasi dengan masalah, kesulitan. Optimisme adalah cara pandang seseorang terhadap kejadian atau pengalaman yang dialaminya secara positif. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, pertama ada hubungan yang positif antara resiliensi dan optimisme dengan school well-being, kedua ada hubungan yang positif antara resiliensi dengan school well-being, dan ketiga ada hubungan yang positif antara optimisme dengan school well-being. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Total populasi 350 siswa dengan sampel 143 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala linkert, dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh (Rxy) = 0,716 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 51,3% untuk hipotesis pertama. (Rxy) = 0,514 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 26,4% untuk hipotesis kedua. (Rxy) = 0,636 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 40,5% untuk hipotesis ketiga. Dari kriteria tersebut maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation of resilience and optimism with school well-being, the correlation of resilience with school well-being, and the correlation of optimism with school well-being for private high school students Siti Hajar Medan. School well-being is a positive emotional life resulting from the harmony between environmental factors, personal needs, and student expectations at school. Resilience is an individual's ability to adapt to problems, difficulties. Optimism is a person's perspective on events or experiences that he experiences positively. The hypothesis proposed in this study, first there is a positive correlation of resilience and optimism with school well-being, second there is a positive correlation of resilience with school well-being, and thirdly there is a positive correlation of optimism with school well-being. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The total population is 350 students with a sample of 143 students. The data retrieval technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a linkert scale, with a multiple regression analysis method. Based on the analysis of the data carried out obtained (Rxy) = 0.716 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 51.3% for the first hypothesis. (Rxy) = 0.514 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 26.4% for the second hypothesis. (Rxy) = 0.636 p = 0.000 < 0.050 BE% = 40.5% for the third hypothesis. From these criteria, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.
