Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Harga Diri Dan Iklim Sekolah Dengan Perilaku Bullyingdi Sma Swasta Mamiyai Al-Ittyhadiyah Medan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional.Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 150 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan Sampel adalahtotal samplingdan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa dengan melakukan screening terhadap siswa yang berperilaku bullying dan hasil uji coba.Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert untuk mengukur Harga Diri dan Iklim Sekolah dengan Perilaku Bullying.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di Mamiyai Al-IttihadiyahMedan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara harga diri dan perilaku bullying yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien ��1� = -0,525 ; p=0,001 p<0,05 didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa harga diri memiliki daya prediksi terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 27,5%. (2) Ada hubungan negatiif yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying di Mamiyai Al-IttihadiyahMedan yang ditunjukkan oleh ��2� = -0,546 ; p=0,000 p<0,05 didapatkan hasil bahwa iklim sekolah memiliki daya presiksi terhadap munculnya perilaku bullyingsebesar 29,8%.(3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku bullying yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F=12,039 R= -0,560 sedangkan R2 =0,313 denganp=0,000 P<0,05. Secara bersama-sama harga diri dan iklim sekolah memiliki daya prediksi terhadap munculnya perilaku bullying sebesar 30,3% dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 69,7% sumbangan dari faktor atau variabl lain terhadap terbentuknya perilaku bullying. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between self-esteem and school climate with bullying behavior at high school Mamiyai Al-Ittyhadiyah Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational method. The population in this study were 150 students with the sampling technique of total sampling and the sample in this study was 120 students by screening students who behaved in bullying and the results of the trial. The measuring instrument used is the Likert scale to measure Self-Esteem and School Climate with Bullying Behavior. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The subjects in this study were students at Mamiyai Al-Ittihadiyah Medan with the results showing that: (1) There was a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and bullying behavior as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = -0.525; p = 0.001 p <0.05, the results show that self-esteem has a predictive power towards bullying behavior of 27.5%. (2) There is a significant negative relationship between school climate and bullying behavior in Mamiyai Al-Ittihadiyah Medan as indicated by rx2y = -0.546 ; p = 0.000 p <0.05, the result is that the school climate has a predictive power to the emergence of bullying behavior by 29.8%. (3) There is a significant correlation between self-esteem and school climate with bullying behavior as indicated by the coefficient F=12.039 R=-0.560 while R2=0.313 with p=0.000 P<0.05. Taken together, self-esteem and school climate have predictive power to the emergence of bullying behavior by 30.3%. From this result, it is known that there are still 69.7% contributions from other factors or variables to the formation of bullying behavior. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. |
