Hubungan Self-Efficacy dan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Mutasi Pada Aparat Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut yang merupakan unsur yang melayani di registrasi dan identifikasi kemdaraan bermotor dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik dengan segala kondisi termasuk menghadapi mutasi. Pada kenyataannya, masih ada aparat Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut yang tidak siap menghadapi mutasi, Bagi anggota aparat Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut yang tidak siap menghadapi mutasi memiliki alasan tertentu seperti kekhawatiran akan ditempatkan di daerah yang jauh dari tempat tinggal, kekhawatiran akan penempatan yang tidak sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan self-efficacy dan dukungan keluarga terhadap Kecemasan terhadap mutasi Aparat Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan 65 Aparat yang meghadapi mutasi Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 65 orang Aparat Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut yang mendekati Mutasi dengan rumusu slovin, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di laksanakan di Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut Hubungan Self-Efficacy dan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Mutasi Pada Aparat Kepolisian di Subdit Regident Direktorat Lalulintas Polda Sumut, maka dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan. Kesimpulan tersebut dipaparkan sebagai berikut: Ada hubungan signifikan negatif signifikan antara self efficacy dengan kecemasan, dimana koefisien rx1y = -0.499 dengan p = 0.000, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi self efficacy maka semakin maka semakin rendah kecemasan. Koefisien r kuadrat self efficacy dengan variabel terikat kecemasan adalah sebesar r2 = 0,249. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dibentuk oleh self eficacy dengan konstribusi sebesar 24.90%. Ada hubungan signifikan negatif signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecemasan, dimana koefisien rx1y = -0.334 dengan p = 0.000, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah kecemasan. Koefisien r kuadrat dukungan keluarga dengan variabel terikat kecemasan adalah sebesar r2 = 0,112. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dibentuk oleh self eficacy dengan konstribusi sebesar 11.20%. The purpose of the study was to see whether or not there was a relationship between self-efficacy and family support for Anxiety on Police Officer mutations at the Regident Sub-Directorate of the North Sumatra Police Traffic Directorate. With quantitative research methods and the population in this study is 65 Police Officers in the Regident Sub-Directorate of the North Sumatra Police Traffic Directorate.
