| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada pegawai wanita yang bekerja di Bank BRI kantor cabang binjai. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 56 pegawai wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Skala konflik peran ganda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang dibuat oleh Greenhaus & Beuthel (dalam Utaminingsih 2017), dan skala stress kerja yang digunakan penelitian ini yang dibuat oleh Robbins dan Judge (2011) yang di olah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja. Dengan asumsi, semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka semakin tinggi stres kerja. Hal ini diketahui dengan melihat mean hipotetik pada variabel konflik peran ganda adalah 30 dan variabel stress kerja 57,5. Kemudian mean empirik untuk konflik peran ganda 36,26 dan stres kerja 64,48. Nilai atau koefisien yaitu 0,446 dengan signifikansi sebesar p=0,001 < 0,05 dengan bobot sumbangan 19,9 %. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada pegawai wanita yang bekerja di Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Binjai. The purpose of this study is to objectively identify and understand some significant the correlation between double role conflict and work stres in women employee at Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Binjai. The sample size for this essay is 56 subjects. The entire sampling technique is total sampling. The two scala used in this study's data are double role conflict scale and the work stress scale. The scale of the double-role conflict used the research was made by Greenhaus & Beuthel (Ultaminingsih 2017) and the scale of work stress used by the research was made by Robbins and judge (2011) scale which will be processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program for windows. The hypothesis in the study is that there is a positive link between a double-role conflict and work stress. The result were proved by hypothetical mean of double role conflict on 30 and work stres on 57,5. then empirical mean of double role conflict on 36,26 and work stres on 64,48. Value of coefficient which the coefficient was 0,446 with p-value significance =0.001<0,05 with a contribution weight of 19,9%. Meaning that the hypothesis proposed is received the higher double role conflict the higher the stress of work is expressed to be accepted. This means that the hypothesis proposed is accepted so that it can be interpreted that there is a positive relationship between multiple role conflict and work stress on women employee at Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Binjai. |
