Abstract: | Kinerja pcgawai mengacu pada prestasi seseorang yang diukur berdasarkan standar atau kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Pengelolaan untuk mencapai kinerja sumber daya manusia tinggi dimaksudkan guna meningkatkan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia (pegawai), bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah. Karcna kinerja mempunyai konsep yang bermacam-macam dan dapat dianalisa dari bcrbagai sudut pandang serta dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain faktor penempatan pegawai sctelah scleksi penerimaan atau karena penempatan dalam jabatan dan adanya dorongan atau motivasi baik dari dalam diri sendiri maupun dari luar terutama pihak atasan dan rekan kerja dan gaji, jaminan kesehatan dan jaminan hari tua. Employee performance refers to a person's achievements as measured by standards or criteria set by the company. Management to achieve performance high human resources intended to improve the company as a whole whole. In improving the performance of human resources (employees), no an easy thing. Because performance has various concepts can be analyzed from various points of view and is influenced by various factors, Among other factors, the placement of employees after selection or acceptance placement in office and the existence of good encouragement or motivation from within himself or from outside, especially the superiors and co-workers and salaries, guarantees health and old age insurance. |
