Abstract: Aturan hukum untok tindak pidana prostitosr di datarn KUHP diator dalarn Pasal 296 dan Pasal 506 dimana di dalam KUHP mendapatkan hukuman kornngan dan yang menjalani huk:urnan hanya penyedia jasa dan peratara menjalani masa hukuman selama satu tahun empat bulan~ sedangkan dalam Qanon Di atur di- dalam Pasal 22'-25 Tentang Khalwat yang menerirna serta menjalani hukuman semua pihak yang terlibat baik penikmat jasa perantara jasa maupon penyedra jasa (PSK) di kenakan hokornan korongan serta Hukuman Cambuk disini lah letak perbedaan yang mendasar. The legal rules for the crime of prostitution in the Criminal Code are regulated in Article 296 and Article 506 where in the Criminal Code get punishment the victims and those undergoing legal proceedings are only service providers and intermediaries serving a prison term of one year and four months~ while in The qanon is regulated in Articles 22'-25 concerning Khalwat that accepts participation undergo punishment for all parties involved, both connoisseurs of intermediary services as well as service providers (PSK) are subject to collective honor and punishment Whip here lies the fundamental difference.
