Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan tmtuk melihat; . Hubungan persepsi terhadap beban kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan Loyalitas Member PT. Immunotec Profarmasia Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ; Ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap beban kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan loyalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah member di PT. lmmunotec Profarmasia Regional 01 yang berjumlah 217 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Sampling, subjek penelitian adalah member yang ada di wilayah Medan berjumlah 72 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dipergunakan adalah metode skala yaitu skala persepsi terhadap beban kerja, ska.la iklim organisasi dan ska.la loyalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; 1 ). Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap beban kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap loyalitas member. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai Freg = 18,734; koefisien korelasi rx1x2y = 0,593; p < 0,001. Hubungan dari kedua variabel bebas (persepsi terhadap beban kerja dan iklim organisasi) terhadap loyalitas member adalah sebesar 35,2%. Berdasarkan basil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. 2). Ada hubungan positif yang sinifikan antara persepsi terhadap beban kerja dengan loyalitas pada member, dengan koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,423; p < 0,001; dan bobot smnbangan efektif sebesar 17 ,9%. 3 ). Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan loyalitas, dengan koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,557; p < 0,001; dan sumbangan efekt.if yang didapatkan sebesar 31,0%. Hasil lain diperoleh adalah subjek penelitian memiliki persepsi terbadap beban kerja dan iklim organisasi serta memiliki loyalitas yang tergolong sedang. Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan perbandingan nilai rata-rata empirik dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dari masingmasing variabel tersebut. The hypothesis is; 111ere is a positive relationship between perceptions of workload and organizational climate with loyalty. The population in this study is a member of the PT. Immunotec Regional Profannasia 01 totaling 217 people. lbis study uses cluster sampling, research subjects were members in Medan area amounted to 72 people. Data collection method used is a method of scale that is scale perceptions of workload, organizational climate scale and scale loyalty. The results showed; 1 ). 111ere was a significant positive relationship between perceptions of workload and organizational climate loyalty member. The relationship of the two independent variables (perception of the workload and organizational climate) the loyalty of members amom1ted to 35.2%. Based on these results, the hypothesis is accepted. 2). There is a positive relationship between perceptions of the sinifikan workload with loyalty to the member, with rxly correlation coefficient = 0.423; p <0.001; and the weight of the effective contribution of 17.9%. 3). There was a significant positive correlation between organizational climate with loyalty, with rx2y correlation coefficient= 0.557; p <0.001; and the effective .contribution of31.0% is obtained. Another result obtained is the subject of research have a perception of the workload and organizational climate as well as loyalties were moderate. It is known by comparing the average value of the empirical with the hypothetical average value of each of these variables.
