Selanjutnya Organizational Citizen behaviourship tergolong sedang. The sample in this study were all employees at the PLN Sidikalang Office, amounting to 50 people. Based on the calculation results of product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, which means that the higher the perception of transformational leadership style, the higher the level of organizational citizenship behavior and vice versa if the lower the perception of transformational leadership style, the level of organizational citizenship behavior is higher. . This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.987, with significant p = 0.000 < 0.01. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.975. This shows that transformational leadership has a distribution of 97.50% towards Organizational Citizen behaviorship. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that transformational leadership is classified as moderate. Furthermore, Organizational Citizen behaviorship is classified as moderate
