Hubungan Antara Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kelelahan Kerja Pada Polisi Bagian Laboraturium Forensik Polda X

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja pada Polisi Bagian Laboraturium Forensik Polda X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 polisi bagian laboratorium forensik Polda X. Menggunakan teknik sampling total sampling. Lingkungan kerja diukur menggunakan skala yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek. Kelelahan kerja diukur menggunakan skala yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek kelelahan kerja Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara Lingkungan kerja dengan Kelelahan kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,677, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000< 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,459. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berdistribusi sebesar 45,90% terhadap Kelelahan kerja. Dapat diketahui bahwa hasil lingkungan kerja memperoleh hasil buruk dan kelelahan kerja memperoleh hasil tinggi. Work fatigue is measured using a scale that is based on aspects of work fatigue Based on the calculation of product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between work environment and work fatigue. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.677, with significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.459. This shows that the work environment has a 45.90% distribution of work fatigue. It can be seen that the results of the work environment get low results and work fatigue gets high results
