Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan maju bersama MMTC Medan. Motivasi kerja merupakan dorongan dan faktor yang melatarbelakangi tinggi nya kinerja seorang karyawan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasi. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling.Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala motivasi kerja dan skala kinerja karyawan dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment pearson. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan yang signifikan, dimana nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,608; p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05; koefisien determinan( r2) = 0,370; ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37%. Sedangkan hasil hipotetik dan empirik motivasi kerja (hipotetik 125 < empirik = 161,75), dan untuk kinerja karyawan tergolong tinggi (hipotetik = 30< empirik = 35,41). Maka hipotesis penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between work motivation and employee performance at maju bersama mmtc medan. Work motivation is the drive and factor behind the high performance of employees. This type of research is quantitative correlation. The employess involved in the sample were 50 people, with the sampling technique using total sampling.The data on this study uses a scale, named as work motivation and employees performance with the likert scale model. The data analysis technique in the study uses Pearson’s product moment correlation technique. Based on the results of the study, there is a correlatio between work motivation and employees performance, where the value of coefision (rxy) = 0,608; p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05; determinant coefsion ( r2) = 0,370; this indicates that work motivation contributes to employees performance in 37%. While the results of hypocrisy and empirical work motivation support (125 < empiric hypothesis = 161,75), and for employees performance is relatively high (hypothesis = 30< empirical = 35,41). The hypothesis of this study was accepted.
