Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Kepercayaan Diri pada Siswa SMK Patumbak

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep diri dengan kepercayaan diri pada SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini 108 orang dari sampel 84 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil korelasional, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kepercayaan diri dilihat dari koefisien rᵪᵧ= 0,494 dengan sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kepercayaan diri diterima. Sementara koefisien diterminan pada variabel yaitu r2= 0,244. Berdasarkan mean hipotetik pada variabel konsep diri ialah 25,000 dengan nilai mean empirik 23,809. Hal ini, tidak melebihi data standar deviasi 4,091. Dan pada kepercayaan diri memiliki nilai mean hipotetik 52,500 dan dan mean empirik 57,833 dengan ini selisih dari mean hipotetik dan mean empirik tidak melebih standar deviasi 7,037. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Konsep Diri dan Kepercayaan Diri keduanya terindikasi sedang. The purpose of this study was to determine self-concept with self-confidence at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 108 people from a sample of 84 people. Research using simple random sampling technique. Based on the correlational results, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and self- confidence seen from the coefficient rᵪᵧ = 0.494 with sig (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, which means the hypothesis states that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-concept and trust self accepted. While the coefficient is determined on the variable, namely r2 = 0.244. Based on the hypothetical mean on the self-concept variable is 25,000 with an empirical mean value of 23,809. This does not exceed the standard deviation of 4,091 data. And on confidence it has a hypothetical mean value of 52,500 and an empirical mean of 57,833 with this the difference between the hypothetical mean and the empirical mean does not exceed the standard deviation of 7,037. So it can be concluded that both Self-Concept and Self-Confidence are indicated to be moderate.
