Abstract: Iklim organisasi merupakan sesuatu yang dirasakan oleh orang-orang yang ada di dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Iklim Organisasi dengan Stres Kerja pada karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Jalan Imam Bonjol Medan. Aspek stres kerja aspek fisiologis, aspek psikologis, aspek prilaku. Iklim organisasi aspek iklim organisasi yaitu struktur, standar-standar, tanggung jawab, penghargaan, dukungan, komitmen. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah hubungan negatif antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Stres Kerja pada Karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Pusat Jalan Imam Bonjol Medan. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah iklim organisasi, dan stres kerja sebagai variable terikat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 50 sampel. Model skala yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Stres Kerja adalah sebesar r2 = 0,344. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Product Moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Iklim Organisasi dan Stres Kerja. Koefisien rxy = -0,569; p = 0.010 < 0,050 yang berarti bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah stres kerja dan juga sebaliknya semakin buruk iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula stres kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Iklim organisasi tergolong tinggi karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 84,9. Stres kerja tergolong rendah karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 70 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empirik 60,28. Organizational climate is something that is felt by the people in an organization. This study aims to determine correlation between Organizational Climate and Work Stress on employees of PT. Bank Sumut head office Jalan Imam Bonjol Medan. Aspects of job stress physiological aspects, psychological aspects, behavioral aspects. Organizational climate aspects of organizational climate are structure, standards, responsibility, appreciation, support, commitment. The hypothesis proposed is a negative relationship between Organizational Climate and Job Stress on Employees of PT. Bank Sumut Head Office Jalan Imam Bonjol Medan. The independent variables used are organizational climate and work stress as the dependent variable. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 50 samples. The scale model used is the Likert Scale. The results showed that the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between Organizational Climate and Work Stress was r2 = 0.344. Based on the results of research using Product Moment analysis, it shows that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Climate and Work Stress. Coefficient rxy = -0.569; p = 0.010 <0.050 which means that the better the organizational climate, the lower the work stress and vice versa, the worse the organizational climate, the higher the employee's work stress. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted. Organizational climate is low because the average hypothetical value is 84.9. Work stress is classified as moderate because the average hypothetical value is 70 which is smaller than the empirical average value of 60.28.
