Pengaruh Kewirausahaan dan Keterampilan Berusaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada UMKM Kuliner Kecamatan Medan Sunggal

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikani X1 Kewirausahaan 0.181 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Sunggal, maka keputusannya H1 ditolak. Nilai signifikani variabel X2 Keterampilan Berusaha 0,011 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel keterampilan berusaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Sunggal, maka keputusannya H2 diterima. Nilai signifikansi variabel X3 Keberhasilan Usaha 0.001 < 0.05 bahwa variabel pengaruh kewirausahaan dan keterampilan berusaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Sunggal, maka H3 diterima. The results of this study indicate a significant value of X1 Entrepreneurship 0.181 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial variable has no positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Sunggal District, so the decision H1 is rejected. The significant value of the variable X2 Business Skills is 0.011 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable business skills has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Sunggal District, so the decision H2 is accepted. The significance value of the X3 variable Business Success is 0.001 <0.05 that the variable influence of entrepreneurship and business skills has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Sunggal District, then H3 is accepted.
