The Bore Pile foundation is a foundation built by first drilling the ground, then filling it with reinforcement and casting it. Borepile is used on solid subgrade that has a large carrying capacity, is located very deep, which is approximately 15 meters and the conditions around the location of the building land that have been standing a lot. The advantage of this foundation is that it does not create sound, noise or vibration disturbances because the process is done manually and does not use machines. So, while the installation is taking place, the environment around the project is not disturbed and this process is also not a risk to the buildings around it. The selection of the foundation form based on the carrying capacity of the soil requires several things to be considered, including if the hard soil is located at a depth of up to 10 meters or more below the soil surface, then the type of foundation that is generally used is the Bore Pile foundation. Analysis of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the Bore Pile foundation using the Aoki De Alencar Method, and the Direct Sondir Data Method and to calculate the value of the pile end capacity using the Los Angeles Group – Action Formula method and the Labarre Conversion method. Based on the above results the ultimate carrying capacity (Q ult) using the Aoki de Alencar method is: 3.622 Tons, while the direct Sondir Data method is: 1.539 Tons. From the results of these calculations the carrying capacity of the Aoki de Alencar method is greater than that of Direct Sondir Data. |
