Abstract: | Perempuan merupakan potensi pembangunan yang harus dimanfaatkan, dihargai sesuai hak asasi sebagai manusia, namun dalam banyak hal masyarakat masih melecehkan dan mensubornasi perempuan (www.Kompas-online.com). Masih banyak dari masyarakat kita yang memandang wanita sebagai kaum lemah. Persepsi masyarakat tentang ketidakmampuan wanita rnernegang peran yang seimbang dengan kaum pria, sangat merendahkan nilai diri dari kaum wanita. Women are a development potential that must be utilized. respected in accordance with human rights, but in many cases society still harassing and nurturing women (www.Kompas-online.com). Still much of our society views women as weak. Perception society about the inability of women to hold roles that are balanced with men, greatly demeaning the self-worth of women. |
