Pelaksanaan Penangkapan Tersangka Perbuatan Cabul dalam Perspektif KUHP ( STudi Kasus Polres Tebing Tinggi)

Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini berjudul "Pelaksanaan Penangkapan Tersangka Perbuatan Cabul Dalam Perspektif KUHAP'' (Studi Kasus Polres Tebing Tinggi). Penulisan skripsi ini dilatar belakangi dengan melihat perkembangan yang ada baik dari segi ilmu pengetahuan maupun teknologi, dengan semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kekerasan yang terjadi. Di dalam penangkapan baik tertangkap tanga.n maupun . akibat karena adanya dugaan keras berdasarkan bukti yang cukup bahw·a seseorang telah melakukan tindak pidana sangat sering kita Jumpat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada umumnya masyaiakat tidak mengetahui tentang proses penangkapan dan hukum yang mengatur tentang penangkapan itu tidak sesuai dengan peraturan KUHAP. Writing this thesis entitled "Implementation of the Arrest of Suspects Obscene Acts in the Perspective of the Criminal Procedure Code'' (Case Study of the Tebing Police Tall). The background of writing this thesis is to see developments existing both in terms of science and technology, with increasingly the development of science and technology, the higher the level the violence that occurred. In the arrest both caught red-handed and . due to strong allegations based on sufficient evidence that a someone has committed a crime very often we meet in everyday life. In general, people do not know about the arrest process and the laws governing the arrest are not in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.
