Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Interpesonal Dan Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan di PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia. Kepuasan kerja adalah sebagai suatu sikap umum seorang individu terhadap pekerjaannya,pekerjaan menurut interaksi dengan rekan sekerja dan atasan, mengikuti aturan dan kebijakan organisasi, memenuhi standar kinerja, hidup pada kondisi kerja yang sering kurang ideal dan hal serupa lainnya. Komunikasi interpersonal dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan yang menghubungkan manusia sebagai bentuk dari komunikasi verbal. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ada nya hubungan positif antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling, sample berjumlah 65 orang karyawan. Metode pengambilan menggunakan model skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala work value dan skala workplace well-being. Metode analisis data korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh koefisien 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0.846, Koefisien Determinan𝑟2 = 0.721, dengan P=0,000. Perhitungan nilai rata-rata hipotetik dan empiric Komunikasi Interpersonal 174.46 dan 112.5 maka tergolong tinggi. dan Kepuasan kerja 216.98 dan 130 maka tergolong tinggi. Be% = 72,1% masih ada 27,9 % lainnya yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the corellation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction among employees at PT. Mora Telematics Indonesia. Job satisfaction is an individual's general attitude towards work, work according to interactions with colleagues and superiors, following organizational rules and policies, meeting performance standards, living in working conditions that are often less than ideal and other similar things. Interpersonal communication can be interpreted as the ability to connect humans as a form of verbal communication. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive relationship between Interpersonal Communication and Job Satisfaction in employees. The sampling technique uses total sampling, a sample of 65 employees. The retrieval method uses a Likert scale model. This study uses a work value scale and a workplace well-being scale. Product Moment correlation data analysis method from Karl Pearson. Based on the data analysis performed, the coefficient r_xy = 0.846, the determinant coefficient r^2 = 0.721, with P = 0.000. The calculation of the hypothetical and empirical average values of Interpersonal Communication is 174.46 and 112.5, it is classified as high. and Job satisfaction 216.98 and 130, it is high. Be% = 72.1% there is still another 27.9% which affects Job Satisfaction. This means that the hypothesis proposed is declared accepted. |
