Abstract: | Pada tahun 2018 Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia membuat kebijakan bahwa Kepala Sekolah yang sudah menduduki jabatan tetapi belum memiliki Surat Tanda Tamat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan calon kepala sekolah wajib mengikuti serta lulus pendidikan dan pelatihan Penguatan Kepala Sekolah. Apabila seorang kepala sekolah tidak mengikuti penguatan dan tidak lulus diklat maka akan berdampak pada jabatannya tidak sah sebagai kepala sekolah. Kebijakan ini sesuai yang tercantum pada Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 Pasal 21 Ayat E tentang Penguatan Kepala Sekolah. Namun dilapangan terdapat masalah bahwa banyak kepala sekolah Menengah Pertama yang ternyata tidak mampu memimpin sekolahnya agar sesuai dengan 8 standar pengelolaan sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman utama untuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pendidikan dalam rangka mewujudkan pendidikan nasional yang bennutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi data kesesuaian implementasi penerapan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Penguatan Kepala Sekolah dan menganalisis faktur-faktor apa sajakah yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan hasil dari penguatan kepala sekolah tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data khususnya menggunakan metode wawancara, yang dimana informannya diperoleh berdasarkan metode key informan yang berjumlah 7 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan implementasi penguatan kepala sekolah telah berjalan sebagai mana mestinya sebab didukung oleh struktur pelaksana yang baik. Selanjutnya faktor-faktor pendukung dari hasil Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penguatan Kepala Sekolah ini agar terlaksana dengan baik di sekolah yang paling terpenting adalah adanya sarana prasarana, saling kerjasama, dan sikap tegas, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu dikarenakan faktor usia. In 2018 the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia made a policy that Principals who were already in positions but did not have a Certificate of Completion of Education and Training for prospective school principals were required to attend and pass education and training for strengthening school principals. If a school principal does not participate in the strengthening and does not pass the training, it will have an impact on his position as head of the school. This policy is in accordance with what is stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2018 Article 21 Paragraph E concerning Strengthening of School Principals. However, in the field there is a problem that many junior high school principals are apparently unable to lead their schools to comply with 8 school management standards which serve as the main guidelines for planning, implementing and supervising education in Oi'der to realize quality national education. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of data on the suitability of the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2018 concerning Strengthening of School Principals and to analyze what factors are the supporters and obstacles of school principals in implementing the results of strengthening junior high school principals. . This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques in particular use the interview method, in which the informant is obtained based on the key informant method, amounting to 7 people. The results of this study indicate that the policy of implementing the strengthening of school principals has been running as it should be because it is supported by a good implementing structure. Furthermore, the most important supporting factors from the results of the School Principal Strengthening Education and Training are the most important is the existence of infrastructure, mutual cooperation, and a firm attitude, while the inhibiting factor is due to the age factor. |
