Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Tanaman Hias Di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisbesarnya pendapatan usaha tanaman hias dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang.Metode analisis yang digunakanuntuk menganalisis pendapatan yaitu analisis Deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi pedagang tanaman hias terdiri dari 315 pedagang dan sampelsebanyak 32 pedagang yang di tentukan secara sengaja (Purposive sampling). Masing-masing sampel pedagang diambil 2 konsumen tanaman hias. Hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa pendapatan usaha tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang sebesar Rp.3.639.545/bulan, yang berasal dari penjualan tanaman hias baik secara online maupun offline. Hasil perhitungan analisis R/C Ratio, dan Break Event Point(BEP):Nilai R/C Rasio atas biaya total yang diperoleh usaha tanaman hias adalah sebesar 3,07. Kondisi usaha tanaman hias di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang layak untuk dikembangkan. Hasil perhitungan BEP usaha tanaman hias diperoleh nilai BEP penjualan sebesar Rp. 2.284.012. This study aims to analyze the amount of ornamental plant business income and the profits obtained from Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The analytical method used to analyze income is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of ornamental plant traders consisted of 315 traders and a sample of 32 traders was determined purposively (purposive sampling). Each trader sample was taken by 2 consumers of ornamental plants. The results showed that the income from the ornamental plants business in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency was IDR 3,639,545/month, which came from selling ornamental plants both online and offline. The results of the calculation of the R/C Ratio analysis, and Break Event Point (BEP): R/C Value Ratio to the total costs obtained by the ornamental plant business is 3.07. Ornamental plant business conditions in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency are feasible to develop. The results of the BEP calculation for the ornamental plant business obtained a sales BEP value of Rp. 2,284,012.
