Abstract: Evaluasi Kinerja Pegawai rnerupakan suatu bentuk penilaian terhadap hasil kerja atau suatu proses lanjutan setelah mendapatkan hasil dari apa yang dikerjakan berjalan baik atau tidak, yang dikeijakan mencapai apa yang diingankan atau tidak dan dengan evaluasi kinerja dapat mengambil keputusan untuk kedepannya. Terutama dalam hal Kinerja Pegawai daiam Pelayanan BBN-KB yang selama ini di anggap rumit. Dari latar belakang diatas maka penulis membuat rumusan permasalahan, Bagaimana kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor di kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan dan apa saja hambatan dalam pelayanan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor di kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, maka dapat diketahui salah satu usaha pegawai kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan melakukan himbauan kepada masyarakat melalui media massa, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai yang ada di Kantor Samsat UPT · Pangkalan Brandan yang menyebabkan kurang cepat pelayanan dan urusan BBN-KB. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Evaluasi kinerja pegawai kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan sudah cukup maksimal dan baik. Employee perfomance evaluation is a form ofassesment ofthe work or an anvanced process after the results of what is done going well or not, that is acheving what is desired or not ang perfomance evaluation can take decisions for the future. Especially in terms of employee perfomance in service BBN-KB that had been considered complicated, Of the above background, the author makes the formulation of the problem how the perfomance of employee in the customs service good vehicle ownership in Pangka]an Brandan UPT SAMSAT Office and what are the barriers in the services of a motorcycle title treanfer fee Pangkalan Brandan SAMSA T UPT Office. Based Formulation of the problem, it can be seen one business office employee SAMSAT UPT Pangkalan Brandan have appealed to the public through the mass media, while the barriers faced is the lack of the number of employees at office SAMSA T in Pangkalan Brandan which cause less rapid and affairs ministry BBN-KB. Thus it can be concluded SAMSA T Office employees perfomance evaluation maximum Pangkalan Brandan was enough and good.
