Abstract: | Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu proses yang bersifat unik, dimana mekanismenya tidak berulang dan peka terhadap pengaruh-pengaruh dari dalam dan Juar proyek. Karenanya pengendal ian proyek, khususnya pengendal ian material untuk kon-stniksi harus mendapat -perhatian yang khusus. Tugas akhir ini membahas pengendalian material pada tahap pelaksanaan proyek, baik kondisi awal dan dapat dibandingkan terhadap pengendalian yang direncanakan oleh Kontraktor Pelaksana.
